Most roofs last on average only 20-25 years. Instead schedule with REIT Group Roofing & Restoration to perform a full inspection of your roof.

6.) ARE YOU NOTICING YOUR SHINGLES POPPING UP / IF YOU GET ON YOUR ROOF THE EXPOSED NAIL HEADS
If you notice nails popping up out of place, the space or holes around the other existing nails now become susceptible to water and can lead to leaks. This may end up forcing you to replace your roof sooner than later.
7.) FUNNY LOOKING SHINGLES
If you notice your shingles are starting to curl, crack, or blister this may be an indication that your shingles have reached the end of their life expectancy. You may notice that your roof looks weird or even look uneven and bumpy from the ground. If you’re seeing these warning signs, your need to call REIT Group Roofing & Restoration immediately.
8.) ROOF LOOKING ON THE SAGGY SIDE
A saggy roof could be an indication of a few things. 1. Your roof is weak or deteriorating; 2. Improperly installed; 3. Have too much weight on it. (Added roof layer, snow, or ice, etc.) If your roof looks like this it is a clear sign your roof needs to be replaced. As a warning if you don’t react soon your roof could collapse.
9.) HAVE YOU NOTICED ANY MISSING FLASHING
Flashing is placed around projections that intersect with your roof, such as your chimney. If the sealing around these structures is broken or damaged, water can easily leak into your home.
10.) IF YOUR ELECTRIC BILL UNBEARLABLE
An increase in cooling/heating costs could mean many different issues. For starters, moisture in your attic from a leak can quickly ruin insulation. The destruction of insulation causes heat loss during the winter or cold air to escape during the summer months. This disruption is sure to skyrocket your energy bill if left unchecked. Also, it could mean your home attic ventilation or a leaky/damaged roof that lets bad air in and good air out.
